We are always interested in hearing from people who resonate with our values and are passionate about contributing to independent nightlife and culture.

We are proud to contribute to the long-standing market and local area. Our staff are ‘people people’ and love getting to know others and engaging in friendly chats. Beyond preparing and serving our delicious drinks and generally being the best hosts to our 70’s log cabin meets house party atmosphere, our staff training is thorough and based on the Good Night Out Campaign principles.

All in all, our ethos is people-centric and egalitarian and we are always curious to know about staff’s long-term ambitions incase there is a way we can support these.

Nuts and Bolts

​

Our weekends are our busiest times so all staff generally always work across Friday and Saturday nights. We pay the London Living Wage £11.95 per hour as a starting minimum.
